St. Jude Children's Research Hospital FUNdraiser

Last month we joined St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for a fantastic event where fashion met philanthropy—our favorite kind of affair. On October 1st, we raised $7,000 and counting at the event held in the Elmhurst City Centre store. We love fashionably supporting a great cause, and all the better when our friends from St. Jude share in the fun!

Our fabulous guests sipped champagne, nibbled on treats from Cafe Amano, enjoyed informal modeling of this season's fur and fine outwear New Arrivals, all while listening to music provided by Sound Differential’s DJ Scott Detrick. Throughout the evening our guests wrapped up in styles from the York Furrier 84th Anniversary Collection to snap some selfies and share on social media. Several guests loved their looks and added the pieces to their personal wardrobe - perfect timing with the chilly weather fast approaching.

Life's a Peach

Big thanks to the fabulous Peach Carr for joining us at the event. Guests LOVED the Project Runway alum's unique, flirty handbags and cocktail couture. We love seeing folks have fun while contributing to a great cause. If you missed this fun fund raiser, know that you are still able to help. Now through November 21st, mention St. Jude when you purchase a fur, shearling, cashmere, or leather garment and we will provide a significant donation to St. Jude. And, as we have for past twenty years, look for York Furrier fashions on the runway at the annual Dream a Little Dream luncheon fashion show benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
